Mini cupcakes and love

You know those days... when everything is just perfect, you have lots of positive energy, you've had a fairly good nights sleep and you KNOW you have the best family and friends in the whole wide world? Today has been one of those days, more than other ❤

Today has been sunny and quite warm, and I shouldn't complain, but...

when will this bloody heat end?

I can't wait for those chilly, crispy days and evenings when you snuggle up under a blanket to see a movie, and you have lit candles and warm, salty popcorn, after a long day. Everybody puts on warmer clothes; those comfy, cozy sweaters and cardigans, and you can wear your favourite scarf, and the cold makes your eyes water when you go outside.

Well, apart from just wishing for autumn today we've also been quite productive ;-)

We made mini cupcakes! Did them the easy way with a pre made mix, but they taste nice enough haha! Chocolate frosting on top with some sweet looking chocolate hearts or sprinkles.

That's the best part. The decorations. 

I love making those, and then someone else can eat them!

While having my yesterdays leftover lunch in between oven runs, Elliot gave Daddy a thourough dental exam.

Then they both sneaked into the kitchen to see what Mami was upto (and to steal some of the cupcake batter).

Today has been a good day, with a sleep in this morning (shocking, isn't it), cupcakes and fun :-)

Let's see what tomorrow brings!
