Before moving home from the hospital on Friday July 6 they wanted to do the final brain scan to make sure everything was normal, and it all looks great! Went back to the hospital earlier this week for Elliots eye examination (and they also took some blood to check his blood status) and that too went great :-) When done, we had a coffee and cinnamon bun together with a family we've gotten to know while at SÖS. They moved back home Tuesday so we've exchanged contact details with each other so we can keep in touch (and also, their daughter and Elliot will marry later ;-)) An incredibly sweet family with a very similar hospital history.
My mum came to visit on Sunday, we had some coffee and she held Elliot for a long time, and as you can see below they were both enjoying it ♥
Daniels parents came to visit Monday and judging by their faces they were enjoying themselves too! ♥
Dan went on a mission to purchase non alcoholic rosé wine for me earlier this week (= awesome excuse to get to ride his bike too) and then our beloved friends Mimmi and Stefan came to visit. I can definitely recommend this rosé wine, it's called Zero and you can find it on most Systembolag. Yum.
