After getting some subtle reminders to get back to my blog I've sat down today to do just that :-) My life has been very busy and my mind really has been somewhere else. Everything is great though, just not really remembered I have a blog haha! Went to the midwife this morning and everything is awesome with the baby and we now know the gender... and have known since March 8... it's a boy! :-) ♥ I'm quite sure he's aware I'm writing about him right now cos he's started kicking - I can feel him very clearly now as he is growing stronger each day. Our little Elliot ♥
A lot has happened our end; Daniel is on his way to get his motorcycle drivers license and we've also bought him a bike. A very nice one actually (or should I say "of course"), a KTM something something (apologies, will have to get back to you on this).
I've somehow gotten back to drawing again, well, a little, but it feels a lot like the old days when I really loved it. Perhaps I've really needed this break from it? These past two years I've only drawn a picture of my dad, a picture of Carolines sister and her husband to be, and now this chat noir. You've probably seen this Chat Noir earlier, and I must admit I fell in love with it the instant I first saw it. My cousin Madeleine had painted one of these in oil - it was amazing!Daniels colleague and friend is visiting for dinner tonight, they should soon be here. I've prepared by doing some tidying so the apartment is now veeery shiney :-D
